A self described modern hunter-gatherer, my choice of materials is often an easily overlooked wonder - a miniature mollusk shell, semi-precious mineral in its raw form, fallen feathers. Using fine gold, sterling silver and silk thread, I weave these elements together into narrative pieces that each tell their own unique story.

Tell us how your work is made.


What makes you passionate about the medium you work with?

Finding a beautiful shell, discovering an incredible feather or just noticing an element of nature gives me constant inspiration to create. By incorporating the objects and forms found in my surrounding coastal environment I hope to elevate and share the marvel.

What is something unique about you or your practice?

Many of my pieces are articulated, have moveable parts. In addition they may also have lockets with found objects inside.
